Lower East Side Apartment

Lower East Side Loft Renovation.
With a private garden the apartment’s main focus was to connect to the outside while giving the owner privacy in the loft. A large accordion screen separates the bedroom from the rest of the space while allowing light and views out.
The spiral stair and entrance to the bathroom are concealed in the millwork keeping the utilitarian spaces compact.
